Founded by Deepak Agrawal and Aastha Gautam in Noida. Started small โ a handful of engineers shipping web and mobile products for early-stage clients across India and the US. First repeat client signed within six months.
Expanded into US and UK markets. First enterprise engagements signed. Built a repeat-client base across e-commerce, fintech, real estate and sustainability sectors. The team grew steadily, and our delivery model matured into the fixed-scope structure we use today.
Crossed 200+ products in production. Opened US operations in Mesquite, Texas. Launched OMKA.AI in 2025 as a dedicated AI division โ production AI work now runs as its own practice alongside web, mobile and cloud.

Engagements start with our business development team โ they handle initial discovery, scoping conversations and proposal preparation. You'll meet senior leadership during the proposal review and at key project milestones.
Each project has a dedicated team of 4 to 8 people โ engineers, designers, QA and a project manager. All full-time Omka Tech employees. Team composition depends on what the project requires.
Aastha Gautam, co-founder, oversees delivery operations across all engagements โ running PM directly on smaller projects, escalation point on larger ones. Deepak Agrawal, founder, stays involved in technical architecture and client continuity.
