Real Estate & PropTech

Property tech,
built to transact.

Bidding marketplaces, coworking management platforms and listings portals. Built for the verification, audit trails and multi-stakeholder workflows that property transactions demand.

What we know

Four things
we have learned
shipping PropTech.

Real estate software lives or dies on trust. The four patterns below are the ones that decide whether your platform moves transactions, or just lists them.

01

Real estate is about trust, not features.

Verification flows beat UX polish every time. Buyers walk if they cannot confirm a listing is real. Sellers walk if they cannot confirm a buyer is qualified.

02

Listings rot fast.

Stale inventory kills marketplaces. The platform that shows the freshest, most accurate listings wins, and that is an operational problem, not a UI problem.

03

Transaction flow is where things break.

Every state transition (offer made, accepted, signed, paid) needs an immutable audit trail. Disputes are won and lost in the audit log.

04

Multi-stakeholder UX is the hard part.

Buyers, sellers, agents, admins all need different views of the same data. Mixing those views into one UI is how PropTech products die.

How we work

Four phases.
One team.

A typical PropTech engagement runs 14 to 24 weeks across four phases. Stakeholder roles and verification flows are mapped in week one, not bolted on after launch.
